1. LICES IN HEAD: Take the fruit (cherry-like green-yellow) of Chinaberry tree(Melia Azedarach) and grind them and add mustard oil in it. Apply 2 or 3 days in hair, Insha’Allah the lice will finish.
2. FOR DRY OR MUCUS COUGH HERE ARE FOUR SOLUTIONS:

(a)While sleeping at night apply Vicks balm at the soles of feet and wear socks. Insha’Allah the night will spend without cough. Must wear socks. (b) Take the fruit of Chinaberry and put them on fire when they turn into ash then grind them and put the ash in glass bottle. Take this ash with cream or Sharbat Banafsha two or three times a day. With the blessing of Allah cough and irritation of throat will end. (c) The children do vomiting while coughing, add this ash in honey and let them lick it. (d) If anyone has severe cough, add 3mg ash into 6mg almond oil and 12 grams honey and mix it. Lick it gradually in a day.

1. HEMORRHOIDS OR PILES: Take the seed of the fruit of Chinaberry tree 125 grams, sugar 250grams and fennel seed 58 grams grind them and take 6mg of it daily and by taking it for few days Bleeding and Non-bleeding piles end.
2. THE END OF SEVERE STOMACH ACHE AND CONSTIPATION: Take the green Bitter Apple or Bitter Cucumber and do a little hole in it and fill Carom in it and cover it with the remaining piece of bitter apple and close it with any tape. Take the carom out after fifteen to twenty days, and add 6 grams black cumin and 28grams black salt in it and mix it. Take one spoon of this mixture with water for constipation, stomach ache and gastric problem.
3. FOR WEAK EYESIGHT AND HEADACHE: Take 250 grams fennel seed, 250 grams almond nuts and 250 grams of sugar and grind them. Take one spoon in morning and evening, Insha’Allah the eyesight will correct and headache will end. We all family members eat this. It is a tasty mixture that heals other diseases too such as fast heartbeat, digestion problems.
4. GET UP AT ANY TIME OF NIGHT: I have been used to it for long time that if you want to wake up at any time of night, there is a very easy way that recite Kalma 4 times then call your name four times and say that wake up at this time Insha’Allah you will wake up at that time. Recite Kalma four times then call your name like Ikram wake me up at 2:00 am at night.
5. IF YOU FORGET THE WAY: In military when we forgot the way at night while walking according to the map then we recite (Arabic Text) then with the blessing and help of Allah we found the way.
6. RECITE WHILE GIVING INTERVIEW OR TEST AND IN COURT:

Recite Haroof Al-Muqatt’at (Disjointed Letters) (Arabic Text) in heart whenever a person goes in front of anyone (interview, test, court) صاد عین یا ھا کاف (close the baby finger of right hand at کاف, close the next ring finger at ھا, then middle finger at یا, close index finger at عین and thumb at صاد and when you go in front of anyone then recite کاف  سین  عین  میم حا (open the baby finger at حا, open the next ring finger at میم, then middle finger at عین , open index finger at سین and thumb at کاف) and blow(in such a way that no one can feel).
